community services  and in  keeping the "Grass" roots of  BlueGrass Music .

In June 2001, Ricky Fuller was also commisioned a Kentucky Colonel by Gov. Paul Patton for his outstanding community services and in keeping the spirit of the old-time music  that we call BlueGrass alive.
